Return Window

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return eligible items for a refund or exchange.

Eligible Items

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Unused and in the same condition that you received them
  • In the original packaging
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Gift cards
  • Final sale items
  • Personalized or custom-made products

How to Start a Return

To initiate a return:

  2. Provide your order number and reason for return
  3. We'll send you return instructions and a prepaid shipping label (if applicable)
  4. Pack your items securely and ship them back to us

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund within 5-7 business days. The refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Exchanges

If you need a different size or color, we're happy to help! Contact us to arrange an exchange, and we'll ship your replacement item as soon as we receive your return.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately with photos of the issue. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund of the purchase, shipping not included.
